This is an apple coffee cake that I made for Ben and myself. We just wanted something sweet so I poked around to see what I had in the fridge and this is what I came up with. I looked at a few recipes and sort of did a mix and match and eventually just closed the books altoghether. So, this is one of those Leah originals that happened to turn out really well: a cream cheese coffee cake with an apple streusel filling. This has been great for breakfast!
