Ok, so here's the next incarnation of the apple coffee cake creation! It's pretty much the same thing as before, but with a few improvements. This time, I mixed the apples and the streusel into the cake. I also added a caramel sauce to the outside along with a cinnamon glaze to make it just a little bit more special and rich. Apples, caramel, cinnamon.....what's not to love?
