Ana's Cake

Here is my latest wedding cake. It is a strawberry cake with strawberry filling and buttercream icing. I also made a strawberry sauce to be spooned over each slice of cake.

Lakers Groom's Cake

This is a groom's cake that I made for a Lakers fan! The basketball is cake too. It's a yellow cake with buttercream icing. I made the bride's cake for this wedding also. I'll post it in the next post. It will be called Ana's Cake. It was a really beautiful wedding and I was so glad to be part of it!

John and Debbie's Cake

I made this cake for my aunt and uncle's 40th wedding anniversary. It's a vanilla cake with key lime filling and white mountain frosting. This was one of the rare cakes that I make that I also got to eat! I have to say, the combination of the key lime with the vanilla cake and marshmellowy frosting was AWESOME! The flowers are royal icing.

Guitar Cake

This was Ben's birthday cake this year. He requested that the guitar be yellow and white. It's a chocolate cake with buttercream icing. Fun, huh?
