This is another one of my earlier cakes made for family members. This is one of my personal favorite color combinations because it's so bright and cheerful.

Royal Roses

This is one of my early experimental cakes. There have been many such inventions and usually I subject my family to them! Fortunately, most of them turn out successful, so I don't think the fam suffers too much. This is a chocolate torte cake with white chocolate ganache. The roses are royal icing.

This is a wedding shower cake I made for a couple who was described to me as "rocker" type. So, I thought a little Billy Idol might be fun! And yes, this is the actual score to White Wedding. Cool, huh?
