A Cake For A Cook

This is a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. It was for a surprise birthday party for a lady who loves to cook. So, the top tier of the cake is a stove/oven and the vine going around the bottom two tiers has cooking/baking tools growing off of it!

Cupcake Wedding

For this wedding, I made 200 cupcakes in 3 flavors as well as a small round top tier to be saved. The cupcake flavors were red velvet, chocolate, and vanilla. They were all iced with cream cheese icing. The reception was held at the Sun Sphere in Knoxville and I have to say, it was one of the coolest reception locations I've seen.

Jennifer's Cake

This is yet another red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. This cake was for a 21st birthday. I love the lime green with the daisies! Such a fun combination!

Happy 4th of July!

These are some red velvet cupcakes I made for the 4th of July. They were just for us and a few friends who came over. I thought the red velvet would be kind of fun for the holiday. The icing is cream cheese....of course!

Maddox's Adoption Cake

Bright and Cheerful!

This is a red velvet cake that I made for a 21st birthday. It was for my cousin's girlfriend so he sort of got the family hook up! He also gave me free reign to do whatever I wanted as long as it was "fun" and had bright colors. So, this is what I came up with! I hope she likes it!

Puppy Dog Cake

This is a red velvet cake/cupcakes with cream cheese icing. I can't claim the idea - a family found a picture of a similar cake online and asked me if I would make it for their daughter's birthday. It came out looking pretty cute!

Diamond Wedding Cake

This cake was for a wedding vow renewal ceremony. It's red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. I was asked to make a cake that didn't look too weddingish or Christmassy, but was large enough for 75 - 100 people and was wintery. So, I used cranberries, snowflakes, and an unusual shape. I was told afterwards that it was a hit!
